No Refund Policy

At Simply Arun – The Astrologer, we are committed to providing honest, sincere, and dedicated astrological guidance. By booking or availing any of our services, including consultations, reports, predictions, remedial guidance, or any other astrology-related service, you acknowledge and agree to our strict No Refund Policy.

 

All payments made to Simply Arun – The Astrologer are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, regardless of the circumstances. This applies in all situations, including (but not limited to) dissatisfaction with the outcome of the service, change of mind after booking, disagreement with interpretations or predictions, delay in delivery due to reasons beyond our control, or missed sessions/technical issues on the client’s side.

 

Astrology is a subjective, interpretative, and advisory science. The guidance, predictions, and recommendations we provide are based on our understanding of astrological principles and are not guarantees of specific results. The client accepts that results may vary and waives any right to request a refund or initiate a chargeback or dispute through any payment gateway, bank, or court.

 

While no refund is possible under any circumstances, rescheduling may be considered solely at our discretion if requested at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
