By accessing or using the services provided by Simply Arun – The Astrologer, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Our services include astrology consultations, reports, predictions, remedial guidance, and related offerings, provided either in-person, over the phone, or online. All content and advice are based on astrological interpretation and are meant for guidance purposes only; results may vary, and no outcome is guaranteed. You acknowledge that any decisions made based on our services are your sole responsibility.
All payments made for services are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of dissatisfaction, change of mind, disagreement with interpretations, delays due to unforeseen events, or missed sessions caused by technical issues on your side. You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for rescheduling, and the fee will be forfeited. While rescheduling within the allowed period is possible, it is subject to the availability of the Service Provider.
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Simply Arun – The Astrologer and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without our prior written consent. Misuse of our website or services, including abusive language or inappropriate behaviour towards the Service Provider, will result in immediate termination of services without any refund.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed per the laws of India.
